Pinkberry - Reservar uma mesa

Weekend staff is incredibly rude aloof. When we walked in they were both in the back. Nobody was at the counter at all. When they finally came to the front they acted like us being there inconvenienced them. Any questions we had were met with eye rolls short, curt answers. When my wife wanted to see if she had any rewards on their loyalty program, they didn't even look just said no. Bottom line, the yogurt is good but the customer service at this location is severely lacking.

I love the product and had no concerns with my yogurt; but we entered the location at approximately 1pm, it was 95 degrees outside AND it was 85 degrees in the store. The poor girl helping us was so hot. When we asked why it was so hot she said she was not allowed to touch the thermostat. No way we could sit inside to enjoy our yogurt. This store owner needs to do better by his employees and his customers.

I usually go here almost every week and I get a to Go Home size which is the biggest one, most times is filled up all the way to the top, however sometimes they don 't fill it up and leave almost a quarter of the container empty, I 'm not sure why the employees are not consistent.

Every Pinkberry I've visited has been well kept and very clean. However, this Pinkberry was dirty, the toppings behind the counter had crumbs everywhere. The service was decent but the place was not well kept. I did not enjoy finding a fruity pebble in my froyo

They have a limited selection of yogurt, however they are all outstanding. They have great fresh fruit toppings as well. I highly recommend stopping there for take out during this heat wave. They are located in the Eastvale Gateway mall.
