Horrible experience in the Pizza Factory at 1050 W Monte Vista Ave., Turlock, CA 95380. We had a birthday party for my son this weekend. I understand it has new owners, but we decided to come here and be loyal customers. We have come here for years and enjoy the food and the staff, but unfortunately it will be our last time. We had a really bad experience with which I think was the new manager. He was very rude and had an attitude to me and my wife and was very controversial. If we hadn't let a family come from town, I would have taken my business elsewhere. the eating was not bad, but the manager who said his name was( esteban) was very dismaying of the time when we went in the door. we tried to order food and he stopped me 2 times to put other customers in front of me and they just went after me.i then to talk to the other worker there to see what kind of special that they have and (esteban) jumped before me and did not say to talk to her just after he had tried the order he then got to be smart with my humbled as if he had started to work with me.
