Stood in line for over TEN MINUTES just to be ignored my food was ready. A young black girl didn’t even acknowledge me was on the phone taking orders. Could’ve said hey give me one moment she looked up rolled her eyes and said nothing. A white mam and two black men came up to the front looked at me said nothing. Continued to do it TWO TIMES. And the black man went on his phone right were I could see him and just stared at me. Do better no one said anything until another black man came in behind me then I was acknowledged, I contemplated on being confrontational since I didn’t know how anyone would react so I stood there , this just happened 2 minutes ago I just left. HORRIBLE SERVICE DO BETT...
They have a very low standard for food quality and presentation at this location. I would not recommend ordering from here. I have no doubt you will see what I mean if you do decide to not take my warning. The manager is more concerned with being a super thug than rectifying the issue. Their overall rating is already bad so I know I’m not the only one. If leadership changes aren’t made soon. I can see another store operating that space in the near future.
Edit: Had to do a repost. It’s been a couple of months and we ordered again. The same pizza was so horrible we decided we will not be ordering again. They have no real consistency, you can shoot and win or more often than not shoot and lose. Roll the dice and hope is not my idea of trying to have a good meal. No thanks. Original: My pizza was great and made fresh. Everything was as I ordered and the staff was friendly.
