Pizza Hut - Reservar uma mesa

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I went to celebrate my son's 18th birthday and found the atmosphere to be lacking and the staff unhelpful. The service was incredibly slow, as we waited nearly 15 minutes for our drinks. When we ordered pizzas and sides, they didn't come out together, and we had to repeatedly ask for our garlic bread. We finally received it after we had finished all of our other food. After paying nearly £30 for a pizza, we won't be returning. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

I want to give a big thank you to Ty, the manager, and his staff for being upfront about the restaurant losing gas, but still allowing my family and me to enjoy our favorite salad and pasta dishes, which is the main reason we keep coming back. As soon as we were seated, we were informed about the issue, and even customers who tried to enter were all given the same information and the option to stay or leave. Thank you to everyone for handling the situation so well.

After reading other reviews I was rather dreading the visit. Went with my granddaughter for lunch before going to the cinema. The manager was helpful, as were all the staff, the seats and tables were clean. The service was very good from all staff and the food was enjoyable. My first visit to a Pizza hut and the whole experiencing was beyond my expectations in a good way!

I admit I lost the receipt so couldn’t tell you the servers name but I think he was Italian. He was lovely and made me feel welcome as a solo diner. What didn’t make me feel relaxed was the other guy who was constant nagging him and telling him off when he was doing a good job but loud enough for customers to hear. Maybe check your manager not your staff.

I ordered a takeout pizza from the Bracknell location. Unfortunately, the pizza was delivered severely burnt. Despite attempting to call the restaurant four times, no one answered the phone.
