Pizza Hut - Reservar uma mesa

very unsatisfactory experience. even if this franchise is one of my favorite to eat pizza, the personal behavior was particularly disrespectful on the cassette. first one of our pizzas was served much later than the others. when we all waited for the last pizza for a long time, we went about it and nobody was there to answer. it should be mentioned that we were the only costumes at the time. Monday 18 juni 9:10 o'clock. at the end was also the behaviour of the waitress so disrespectful at the cup table. I was very surprised by this behavior and recommend this place to no one. please reconsider the selection of employees.

I understand both English and German, and I speak in English in order to get a better picture of what is going on. When I arrived at pizza hut, I was told to wait while they decided to sit down. after 10 minutes, I was informed that it would take 40 minutes before they could put me. I then ordered to go and sit down. two minutes later a German couple came in, said they had no reservations and were immediately sat. to supplement injuries, I had to wait 30 extra minutes and my pizza was cold when I got them. I wasn't the only American to know that night.

Pizza Hut, unlike most American franchises abroad, is definitely better in the US. The pizza attempts to emulate the American menu, but definitely has a different taste. It's not bad, but I prefer other pizza restaurants in the area. It's in a convenient location and...the service is adequate.

the food was as expected, but as usual it was overcrowded and the waitresses they did did not seem interested in working on it. it took 20 minutes to get our drinks.

although the service was somewhat slow and not well organized, I was satisfied. I have exactly what I expected with the standard pizza hat quality. not less.
