Pizza Hut - Reservar uma mesa

Placed an online order for delivery, driver showed up with food but was missing an entire order of wings. He said he would be back with them then called my phone to say the manager went off on him and said they would just credit my account instead of bringing my wings. Totally cool. I get that in a rush things are often forgotten. I 've worked delivery before myself. I just called the shop to confirm that I would be refunded and the manager had the nastiest attitude with me and proceeded to insult the delivery driver and accuse him of eating my wings before hanging up on me. Why would you tell a customer this???? the driver arrived promptly and I saw no evidence of wing eating on his face or...

This store and franchise is awful.i placed my order around 9:30 pm for delivery and included all details. Every few minutes I was getting an update that it is in making until 10:45 pm when I decided to call the store. Lady on the phone was extremely rude and told me that my order was cancelled because no driver was available.... I can't believe it as the tracker still says it is in making and i received no further update.. She asked me to call the Pizza Hut and hung up the phone. I was left without food options so late in the night. When I called the 800 number, I was on a very long hold before I was connected to someone..she offered me two options either I get my refund OR I get 2 coupons f...

Placed an online order for delivery, but then I got a call saying that they didn't have any drivers that evening. Fine, I just wanted some pizza and it's sort of on the way home. I get there five minutes after my food was supposed to be ready and pay. After taking my money, they decided to tell me there would be an additional ten minute wait for my food. Don't bother with this location; it's not worth the hassle. Edit: got home and one of my pizzas wasn't even close to fully baked. What a mess.

This place never finishes your order on time. Don't bother if you want your pizza on time. This location used to be great in the past. Always had your pizza on time, tasted great, awesome. As of the last few months though, it has never been on time. They say 10-20 minutes, yet nearly four times my family has waited upwards 40+ minutes... and then the damn pizza is messed up! To hell with it- if we can't find another Pizza Hut, we're getting Papa Johns from now on. Unreal!

After we ordered online for delivery, they called to tell us that they apparently don't have drivers. We decide to pick it up. Then, we get there a few minutes AFTER it was supposed to be ready and pay, they tell us that it's going to be another 10 minutes. EDIT: We get the pizza home and it's not cooked and is missing the buttery topping it was supposed to have. And the cinnasticks aren't cooked either
