Pizza Roma - Reservar uma mesa

Called around 3pm to cancel our online order for 5:30pm, due to an unexpected change of plans. The man on phone seemed confused, but we must’ve said the word cancel at least a dozen times. Around 6:30 we get a phone call saying our pizza is ready. We politely let the man on the phone know that we called to cancel our order in the afternoon. The man started getting angry and we ended apologizing for the mix up. The man then decides to start swearing and calling us every name in the book, before hanging up on us. We are weekly regulars here so this was very upsetting. We will no longer be ordering from this establishment.

This used to be the best pizza place when I was younger. I used to crave it. However, it seems like the owners have changed. I ordered a pizza for delivery and it arrived cold. I tried to eat it, but for the first time in my many years of eating pizza all over Canada, I ended up throwing out the entire pizza because it was inedible. I suggest looking for pizza elsewhere.

The customer service at this restaurant is amazing! The gentleman, who I think is the owner, is very kind and always puts the customer first. Additionally, the lady who made my pizza is very skilled in the kitchen. I would rate their service a perfect 11/10.

A little too far from my place to get the food delivered. However, the pizzas are great! I have to drive there for 15 minutes to pickup the food, but it's worth it.

I tried 1st time pizza here and it was delicius and perfect done and chicken wings are superb. Best pizza in K/W . MUST TRY......... LOVE IT. BEST EVERY TIME.
