Pizzeria Chez Mika

We have been visiting the area for the week on our honeymoon with our 11 month old daughter. We wanted a simple and tasty lunch after a trip to the beach so found Chez Mika and thought the reviews looked good. Restaurant is clean and tidy and looks recently refurbished. We sat inside and were pleased we could get a high chair for our little girl as many other places didn’t have any available, which has made her eating with us quite tricky. We ordered a pizza each and a side of fries for our little girl. The pizzas arrived and were huge! We really didn’t need the extra side... Pizzas were tasty and loaded with toppings. The place was recommended by our boat rental owner, as a place to go for great pizzas. And he was dead right. He also said to take some anti-mosquito spray, and unfortunately, he massively understated the size of the issue. The place is great, local pizzas are excellent. Don't get me wrong, but we could not spend more than a couple seconds eating without having to strike a mosquito on our legs, arm, back, face, etc. Everybody in the place was just spraying themselves with anti-mosquito products, or wrapping themselves in their scarfs, so we just did not enjoy our dinner as much as we wished, as we wanted to get out of this mosquito infested nest asap. Nice and cosy place. The service is good, and so is the food. But be ready for a French interpretation if pizza.

Nice and comfortable restaurant. We took 6 pizzas, 1 caprese and 1 sausage with fries. Everything was good
