Plateau Lounge at The W Hotel

I was under the impression that I had a reservation for dinner, but when I arrived, I was led to a club area and said that the reservation was to come to the club, we could temporarily sit down until those who got bottle service arrived. We also got the opportunity to buy bottle service. I tried to settle with the host how I had a reservation for dinner, but she repeated the same until I suspect that a manager came and accompanied us in the lounge bar area where we said we were sitting and ordering food. We went up and it was a very nice atmosphere good music. I didn't eat there, but we did the best of it.

Been here twice and this place does not disappoint! The food is outstanding, the people there are friendly and the service is quick! We will definitely come back again!
