Pofolks - Reservar uma mesa

I've never been so entertaining during a meal. So first the whole restaurant is country themes. That's absolutely amazing. There is a wall of the old St. Pete photos that were really cool. The place was really busy at 8:30. Our server was a riot. She took our mission, and her book was a mess! So I watched how she writes it in curiosity as she keeps things straight. She writes MP W. Mashed potatoes with white gravy. We get RICE!!! Who? I don't know if it was a joke or something, but honestly, the cruelest night of my life. At some point, I cried so hard about laughing. My friend goes to the men's room and there's a GUN SAFE in the men's room? Like what that is. Honestly 10/10 for pure enterta...

I remember Po Folks from a long time ago (80's), it was a great restaurant with all cooked fresh. When I recently visited the Tampa area and heard there was another one up there, I had to go. I started with the fried mushrooms and the horseradish sauce. It was good and hot. I ordered the fried chicken for my meal. The chicken was not seasoned at all, no taste, what ever, corn on the cob tasted like dirty plate water (you could say they let it sit in the pot all day) came with potatoes potatoes. Not great My friend got the catfish without bones and swapped me a piece for a chicken leg (we don't give food we trade, lol) The catfish was really good, fresh and hot. That could have been a great experience, but it was fair. I went to this restaurant to experience childhood experience. The only reason I rated this as 3 was because the secondary courts we're all right. For me in any comfort restaurant that makes boxing pages should really consider making homemade pages. Now the things I loved about the restaurant. The Fried Chicken Gizzards should taste, but could not stop eating. The fried steak was small, but just as I remember it was great for me. Peach Cobbler was the way I wanted to finish my meal, it was excellent.

?Stop in for lunch at PoFolks were working in that area which we don't do very often we all had the lunch special fish ?and chips ?and sweet tea,? hot?? and fresh ,the service was good, and check-out was freaking easy on our way out again plenty of parking and plenty of seating in the restaurant they are always busy there, the food is good and the service is excellent??

What a great nostalgic food. We got back to childhood memories. Turkey and dressing was quite delicious. The fish was crushed and fried into a crispy crunch. The Hushpuppies were a delightful mixture of savory with a hint of sweet onion. Shamekia, our server, was very attentive and welcoming.
