Leaving this review hoping somebody who cares might look into it cause customer service did not care Let me start by saying I’ve been going to Publix’s my whole life and this one for about 4 years when I moved right down the street, only issue I ever had was the liquor store employee was very rude but you know it happens, the real issue I am bringing up is the current raw chicken issues I have been having. I don’t know if meat management has changed or what but the last 4/5 raw chicken packs publix brand that I have gotten have all been either rotten or just terrible quality. Terrible Deli. I 'm autistic. I cannot eat any other meat besides ham. I cannot eat it any other way except shaved. Do you know how many people working at Publix Deli either don 't know how to shave meat or don 't care to put forth the effort? Just wasted over $10 of precious grocery money on ham I cannot eat. I did a pick up order becuase I can 't stand in lines, so I was not able to see the meat as she was cutting to correct the slicer. Being autistic is kind of like Spoon Theory. Great Publix! Very cleanly and always organized. The Assistant Manager Sean is a terrific employee and hard worker. He always says hello when Im in the produce section and he always offers help with anything I need. His customer service is something to be noted by every Publix employee!

Store is great. If you can't find something in a different store you can find it at Publix. Staff are caring and genuine
