How can you not like this nice man? He's the Willy Wonka of grilled cheese sandwiches! Now I don't have enough time to write out a full review of this food truck just outside the South entrance of the JV mall. But all I have to say is that sometimes (we were there two Saturdays ago) he has a Pay As You Want system. But the actual prices are reasonable anyway, most between $5-$8. Man who runs this food truck has the rare quality that makes you happy to give him your money. But lemme get into the food. From memory you got about 15 variations on grilled cheese sandwiches some in two sizes?everything from classic American grilled cheese to Brie filled to lobster to jerk chicken to Mac and cheese...

I say Lyle is an artist with a spatula. I've ever called another person as an artist, how they make their food, as my mother. The praise is not likely. Lyle's love for what he shows in his food. It doesn't feel like you're eating random ingredients that are cost together for your money. He really wants you to enjoy what you eat and the fact that he has a pay what you want day shows that he does not do to become rich. Ultimately, this place had to check for over a year after hearing great things! I work in the area once a week, but never had the opportunity to stop by; AMAZING grilled cheese. Not only does he cook them super fast, but they? re absolutely delicious and there are so many options to choose from. My husband has half? (half bbq chix/half chili) was I torn between? the evil? (Mac cheese gc) and chili grilled cheese. I went with the Mac cheese of grilled cheese. Honestly, I would have been there an hour to decide. The owner made us a chili grilled cheese at no cost, as it was our first time there I was able to decide between the two! The owner is as nice and as generous as he runs his business....

Embedded in the Jefferson Mall parking is this jewel of a food truck. For every connoisseur of the melted cheese wrapped in the warm hug of roasted bread or rugged quesadillas, do yourself a favor and stop by. If you? ve got children this is especially for them! Name your price is an interesting concept to be used, but dishes are honestly worth a few dollars more that whatever you think is enough.

Today my first time tried to try this truck and it's AMAZING. The bbq chicken Mac n cheese combo grilled cheese is my favorite! In addition, the owner is very friendly, humble and attentive to its customers!
