Qdoba Mexican Eats

Terrible. Horrific in fact. Granted it's the weekend and the staff are a bit more relaxed because none of the important managers are present, as would be the case on the weekdays, but the staff had a line of customers and still talked and laughed amongst themselves before talking any orders. It more like a weekend hangout spot than an actual restaurant. But I would imagine that would be the case at most locations since they seem to hire just anyone these days. None of them wore hairnets and the doors and windows looked as though they haven't been cleaned in weeks. Please do better.

The staff at Qdoba are incredibly friendly and it's refreshing to see people who genuinely enjoy their jobs. My colleague and I had a wonderful experience there tonight. The service was friendly and efficient, with employees going above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our dining experience from start to finish. Overall, we were extremely impressed and grateful for the exceptional service. Thank you to all the staff who made our visit so enjoyable! Keep up the great work!

The young lady who served me at this restaurant did not wear gloves or a face mask, and she frequently picked up her sticky phone without washing her hands. When I gave her a disapproving look, she seemed to think I had done something wrong. It would be better if restaurant employees refrained from looking at their phones while working. The General Manager apologized, but the regular manager did not. Perhaps she did not feel she had done anything wrong.

The manager, a large man, was very helpful when there was an issue with the app and ensured that the staff maintained good morals. The restaurant is in a great location.

Everybody's super family and pays attention to your order. They work really well together. Food was fresh, dining room was clean definitely will visit again.
