Qua Pizza - Reservar uma mesa

I’ve been meaning to stop in to grab a slice for years. I wish I stopped in sooner. My mouth is watering as I think about describing this perfectly crafted pizza. The light airy crust was the perfect thickness and had a soft yet toasty crunch. It was not greasy, like most pizzas. The quality of sauce, cheese and spices are way above average. A lot of the ingredients are sourced from Italy non GMO tomatoes, the flour used is quality wheat that contains no additives or added enzymes. The toppings are sourced locally or from Italy. Fantastic dough, light fluffy n crisp .not your standard round NY NJ pie...salad was super fresh and the meatballs are spot on. Beef pork veal and plenty of panad to keep these balls soft and tender they way you love em.

Love Qua Pizza! Can’t recommend them enough. The crust has a nice crunch and is fluffy all at the same time. I’m not a big fan of mozzarella sticks but here, chefs kiss! Everything they do is just amazing.
