we often go to raphaels ice manufactory. the sorbets are very tasty and the aromas are original (like basilikum and lemon). everything is homemade and made in front of location. there is often a vegan cake available. I had a very good blueberry cake. there are few tables before the ice manufacture. the manufactory is beautifully decorated and its location is also great (near the city center and the bus stop tibusstrasse).

There are partly daily changing types of ice, usually approx. 5-7 of them vegan and clear to the green characters. In some cases also very unusual varieties such as Rammer or Apple Wasabi. I find the vegan cocoa ice cream particularly delicious.
