I arrived to check-in with priority seating through OpenDoor. The hostess appeared to be new and needed to call the manager for help. While I waited she added others to the waitlist. The manager came and did something and ask us to wait. I noticed they sat the guests that came after we did. I went to let the manager know and she proceeded to school me about call ahead and priority seating which made no sense, but we still had to wait. I noticed that she sat a table that came in after she checked us in and told her we were both here and checked in before they even arrived as walk-Ins. I went to this restaurant for lunch and they got everything wrong. They forgot to bring me any utensils, cocktail sauce, or even napkins. The clams I ordered were overcooked and not what I wanted.

This was my first time dining out since the pandemic began. The restaurant was surprisingly empty for a Thursday night. There was no wait to be seated, and our service was impeccable.

Only issue I had was the wait time with the server. However, she had 3 tables along with a large party of 12 to herself with no help.
