We went on Friday at 5:00 before it was too busy. The front staff was either new or needed further training to take guests and seats, it was a complete cluster. It seemed extra hot and stuffs the front, enough that the waitress also mentioned it. The waitress we had was very friendly and friendly and she did great! The Kung Pao chicken plate was meh; about the same quality as getting frozen from the store and making it home. We came especially for the butterfly coconut shrimp and it lived up to our expectations and tasted as we remembered. The salmon was beautiful and juicy, the cookies were perfect, the bacon-Mac cheese was great and the roasted asparagus let us know how great it was!

Went there today for my Daughter’s 21st birthday, today. Got there as they opened. Our visit started a little shaky, as the Hostess failed to inform our Waitress, Janice, she had customers at her table. Janice, the Waitress, was great. She somehow got our appetizers out quickly as well as our entrees. I really liked that Janice kept our drinks refilled. I ordered the Bar Harbor Lobster Bake. It was totally delicious and filling!!! The biscuits were so good. And at the end the Manager checked to inquire how we enjoyed our meal. This location is the best Red Lobster because the Service is consistently great and the food is always delicious. Great job to Janice and the Red Lobster Team.

Wow! This Red Lobster has set the bar for other locations. My experience was always good here, but the food I got last night was AMAZING! literally a PERFECT order. Everything was perfectly boiled.. including the cleanest, perfect garden pair of crab legs I had in years and the crispy filled shrimp appetizer, which was carefully arranged with perfect amount of sauce! Who cooked last night needs an increase!! The woman who works on board is also the best!! She should train people... true epitome of customer service. 10 stars, highly recommended!!!

The food was fantastic! I had the shrimps Alfredo bowl! We had a wonderful server (Ms Greta). We were a party of 9. Everyone enjoyed their meal. A free dessert for the birthday girl, and Mrs. Greta didn't want to let the kids out, so they got something special. That was my first time I've ever eaten there.

What a great time! Red Lobster has always been a place that my wife s. I go because she loves it. So we went in. Our server William was incredible! He was on it like a Champion
