I called days before and was told they would have a table ready for our party of 10, but we got there and they hadn't even started setting up a table. then it took a pretty long time to get out drinks. they came out with our food. refills were pretty slow too. these weren't even alcoholic drinks, just basic sodas and waters. I got bottomless soup and salad and biscuits. never got a refill of biscuits, and the caesar salad tasted like lettuce and basic mayonnaise topped with stale croutons and too much parmesan cheese. it was probably in order to hide that the dressing was just straight up mayo. the lobster bisque was way too salty. the clam chowder was the only thing I liked that day. if you...

We went on Wednesday around 6:45 pm. The manager is top of the line. She saw my son drop his crayons, picked them up, got him new ones, and of course he threw them down again. She was so attentive and genuinely caring. She checked on us throughout and I could really tell she cares about her customers. It really made my day. Our waitresses were also awesome. Someone complained about my baby saying hi to them and the waitresses made sure we were okay, comfortable and enjoyed our visit despite that. The bathroom was very clean which is important and the food was delicious. I always love the service here. Today was our best visit so far from the service to the delicious food.

Food was great. Jordan, our server was great, he was very nice and very accommodating!! We were told the wait would be 40-50 minutes at 7 pm and we didn't even have to wait 20 minutes before we were seated. Our service was really fast, too. We were very pleased!! We went for my daughter's 17th Birthday and even tho they're not currently singing happy birthday due to covid, they still brought her a huge ice cream sundae!! No complaints whatsoever!!

I haven't been to red lobster in 7 years.. decided to go for Father's Day. Very tasty. I enjoyed my meal. The only thing in my opinion the lobster pizza could have cooked a little more. Bottom was not as crispy as it appeared. Other than that. We will return.

we loved the cocunut shrimp and the caesar salad and of course the cheese rolls and butter are delicious.
