Rick's Ribs - Reservar uma mesa

The food here was horrible and Disgusting. I bought a rib tip dinner and it was terrible. First of all the rib tips should be called rib chips. Because that's all I had these people don't know what a rib tip is. They took about 3 or 4 rib tips and chopped them into chips of meat chips. Don't sauce tasted like ketchup. The chips of meat didn't have any smoky grill flavor. Like they cooked it on the stove. Also the chips of meat were tough and chewy. Hard to swallow. I'm from Chicago. I grew up on really nice and good tasting barbecue. Those Ricks rib people ought to be sued for selling that garbage food to the good, fine people of Rockford Illinois.

The most amazing BBQ and sides! Great portions and I would drink their bbq sauce if it were acceptable. I will drive the hour+ required for me to get here, it is just that good. Friendly and wonderful service. Reasonable prices. If you care about things like fancy signage and interior decor, go elsewhere. If you want to chit-chat with the staff, they are very busy, so just let them do their work. This is carry out only, there are tables outside for warm weather.

Ohh my gosh !! Delicious!! Staff is very courteous. I had pulled pork dinner pork was great and they obliged me with extra BBQ sauce. My two side were baked beans which were good and collard greens were great. I actually had enough to have lunch the next day !! Delicious!!!!!!

I got a rib dinner with coleslaw and baked beans. It was really good. For my taste, the ribs could have been a little more tender, but other than that, it was the bomb! Will definitely order from them again!

Absolutely LOVE Rick's Has the Best BBQ around!.. for $75 you can get 2 full racks of ribs and 4 family size side. I got mac chz, potato salad, cornbread dressing and fries. Oohh and the BBQ sauce is
