We love everything about this store and will be life-long customers. The owners are the most friendly people you will ever meet, and you will often find that they work together with their employees. When we moved to Libertyville 5 years ago, we quickly became fans of everything they have to offer. So much, indeed, that we bought Karamell apples for all nurses on the hospital floor when my wife was born to our first daughter. After I found out that my wife had the baby, the owners gave us several caramels as we were regular customers. I had the most amazing experience here tonight! I had a busy day today and I totally forgot teachers gifts for the last day of school. I ran out of the door quickly at 8:30 as they were closed at 9:00. They were so friendly and helpful to help me find the perfect gifts. I had no idea that they also packaged gift packages and packed 10 teachers gifts for me and stayed a little later open to wrap them all. I was so worried that they were upset that I came right before closing, but they were absolutely incredible. 10/10 experience. Thank you for your help tonight!

This place is amazing! Ice sizes are massive (the mini buttons is a huge pots so my childdos LOVE it here) and the flavors are amazing! Really sweet place owned by a man and woman who managed this place for 19 years they were just sooo sweet!!! If you haven't stopped here, you're missing! Our top 3 favorites are the strawberry, the caramel peanut apple, and the gourmet frogsticks! There are so many delicious treats here!

Rocky mountain chocolate factory has Excellent chocolate even if it is a little expensive. The truffles are delicious and the chocolate covered strawberry is heavenly. The store is a good size and efficiently displayed all the options that Rocky mountain chocolate factory has to offer

This place is great! I have a few gifts here and they have many different sizes boxes and do everything by weight. Looks delicious and I tasted the ice and it was amazing! I have to go back to try more!
