Rubio's Coastal Grill

Nice place for a quick lunch. My only small complaint, is that I ordered the Street Corn Salad which was wonderful. I asked for a couple of chips (not a bag and not a meal of chips. I meant 2 or 3 chips), since there was nothing crunchy in the salad. The manager was very nice and polite, but insisted that I pay $2.16 for couple of chips. I passed, and it was probably better for health not to eat some chips. Maybe they should start a frequent visitors card, and offer free chips to their frequent visitors. Seems a little short sighted to me, but I guess that I don't run a fast food restaurant.

Overall good spot for Mexican fish tacos and shrimp items. This location is extremely clean. The staff was friendly and speedy. The food is okay, not the greatest but not the worst. The battered fish was not fresh. Could have been because I stopped by later in the day when they were almost closing. The location is hard to spot when driving, it's in a large shopping center and not facing the main road, can only see it from the parking lot.

I love everything about this location! The gentleman that took my order was beyond friendly and didn’t mind my crazy amount of requests. The manager Jorge was also absolutely AMAZING! They greeted every person that walked in. And so clean no matter where you looked. I will definitely be back again.

Place was busy. Had to find parking spot. Walked up to the to go counter and my order was waiting for me! Napkins were already in the bag. I ordered in their app and had a reward of buy one entree get one free. So I have lunch and dinner. Received a free nylon bag! (Which is why I went today).

Got the California Burrito Especial and it was good. Very filling but not heavy. Josue (cashier) was really nice! Only thing is the kitchen looked really messy. Mustve gotten there after rush hour?
