Rudy's Redeye Grill

The rooftop was definitely a good choice on this nice warm June day. The food was fresh and good quality. The rose was light and refreshing. We sat next to the bar and the bartender was our server, he was friendly and attentive. Our appetizer and one entree came out, however the second entree was delayed (maybe 10 minutes? Without us asking, or making any comments about it, the manager stopped by our table and offered to comp the entree that was delayed. This really impressed me since it wasn't a huge deal, but they went out of their way to correct the situation. Based on this experience I would definitely go back and also recommend Rudy's to others.

Cold food, Poor service getting our meal and wait staff was not one to let us know where in prep and serving our meals were. It took well over an hour before our meals came and not much contact with our server in between giving our order and receiving same. For the prices charged your rating would be poor and if there was a rating below that Rudy 's would fit. Not Very Professional. I guess it is true for the reverse You pay for what You do not get. Very disappointing.

Good strong drinks. Had to make reservations for inside, was kinda dark(hard to read menu) good selection of items. Although out of cheesy hash browns- bummer!

Overall we were not fans, we found the hostess to be rude, and they seem to be having a problem with managing the new reservation platform.

The food and drink never disappoints. Best rooftop!
