Russos Pizzeria - Reservar uma mesa

A group of friends took me out to eat as I'm visiting from abroad. Most of them raved about the pizza at Russo's saying it is amazing, so I gave it a try. Disclaimer here, I am Italian so I know what authentic pizza should be; light yet sturdy thin crust dough, sweet sauce full of natural flavour, cheese to taste and exceptional toppings used as bites of flavour. What I had was the exact opposite. Instead of receiving the authentic pizza that I was hopeful for, I got a flimsy dough base with sauce that was sugar piled high with cheese and toppings that were extremely saturated in oil, and they were all vegetables. Tuesday Night Dinner, Decided to re try this site as last year we were let down badly.Well the improvement in Quality, Quantity , Presentation of Food was so much improved.Attitude of staff were above average, waiting time - mininual.Taste of Ingredients was second to none.Plse do yourself a BIG BIG PLUSTry this Great Pizza and Pasta Bar - you will be so happy

Great take away option close to my work. Pizzas are outstanding value! Also make sure you try the Russo's Chips.

Nice food but often a bit of a wait before your order is served. Can get pretty nosy at times.
