Sapporo Japanese Steakhouse

As we travel on our honeymoon trip, we stopped at Sheridan as a point before we drove to Yellowstone. We asked the hotelman what places he would recommend for food and he explained Sapporo. We decided to eat there. Since we had no reservation for the Hibachi grill, we were told that we had to wait about 30 minutes. No biggie! We came back at our time and sat with other guests. We didn't know how much fun we'll have in this place. Our server was very attentive to our entire table. The Japanese cherry blossom was a great treat as I had three of them. The food was delicious and it was just a great experience. Thanks to Vanessa for inviting her impromptu birthday party, as the cake was delicious...

Excellent food. My first visit a few weeks ago, we went to the hibachi side of the restaurant and the food was fantastic. The grill show was very entertaining and the service was great. This time (31 May) was also very good. I had the steak scallops this time, and the steak was a little cooked. However, it was still juicy tasteful. I'll go back. Thank you. Sapporo's, for another excellent meal in the hands of your great service.

The menu is ideal for chic dinners, but some of the names could wait a affected parents until a child is slightly older. Some of the rooms were shut down and one side of the steakhouse seats maybe 20 people. The experience of watching the cooker was amazing and a little hot, but it gets four stars because some of the foods was made messing and some of the fragments burned my skin.

I grew up in Hokkaido, Japan. The food was great and the rice was washed correctly. Not too many Chinese owners cook great rice. You can tell by smell and texture of the rice while eating. A Vietnamese lady works at the front desk and always has a smile for everyone who walk in the door. She is warm and very easy to approach. The establishment is very clean.

After Covid they opened the grills again. The food was great. We will return! Great for families. Good show and the chefs were funny. Amazing rice. Original Post: The food was just fine. The fried rice was more like white rice with sauce. It wasn't cooked long enough. The Teriyaki chicken was a little understated and chew. I had better Japanese cuisine.
