Shively's Grill - Reservar uma mesa

Decided to come back on a Friday night for the fish fry and now have been back twice since. Excellent service, beer selection, and great bar food. $5 beer pints are hard to top! Catfish fry is awesome--huge portion of fired nuggets, plus it comes with hush puppies, fires, and slaw! Deep fried appetizers were all above average in taste/portion size. Friends had rib-eye and said it was outstanding. Waitress/bartenders have great personalities and keep your beers full! Sat outdoors last visit and enjoyed a summer nice breeze. Can't get much better than this place! We have a 30 minute drive to get there, but we'll keep coming back for more!

From the outside, there is absolutely no curb appeal. Basically a Quonset Hut with an add on and the inside has a similar dive bar feel. However, with the numerous beers on tap and the best catfish you will find, this is a great place to be on a Friday night! They also have a nice beer garden out back where people throw horseshoes and the staff are super friendly. To the other reviewers comment about Bar Rescue: No rescue is needed my friend, this is just not your place. I do think that the food is a tad pricey, but I am addicted and believe so many others are because they do sell out of catfish on Fridays.

A nice little hole in the wall. Great burgers and food here. Decent dining area inside and a larger area out back. Prices are good too. Full bar, if you are into that. I wish they were closer to town and had more parking. When they get busy that can be an issue. I have no complaints about their service. I also have no real compliments either. They did their job, and got paid for it. If that 's good enough for them then it is for me also.

If you're looking for a great dive bar that has a cold beer at good prices, then Shively's is the place to be. I love the laid-back atmosphere and lighting inside. But what really sets Shivelys apart from other bars is the great food they have. I recommend trying the burgers!

Great place with good selection of local, regional and national beers. Food is greasy and delicious. Staff is exactly what a small country bar and grill's staff is supposed be like. Love this place. It's my home town beer and burger joint.
