winery with several menus of tasting(from 25 euros) and pairing(paid to part) with each dish : incoming, first and second. before each plate the waiter recommends and explains each wine. In my opinion the menu lacked intensity of flavor. the salmon brioche for example had barely any salsa and the raw salmon was soothing. the waking pot of chickpeas, cod and unflavored buds. On the other hand, we didn't get anything that they put our meat on us without having served the wine, which served it later when we had finished almost the meat, in a menu with pairing you can't commit this desist. the price per cup was excessive for the quality of the wines that served us, paying 18 euros to elders each...
