I reserved two rooms knowing that we would not get in until after midnight.At that time, we came and they charged me an extra a hundred and fifty dollar deposit for each room.Even though we were only going to be there till nine o'clock in the morning. One of the rooms, the door did not shut completely and the shower door was off the track and would not budge, it was made of glass so we couldn't shower in that room. Additionally, in that room, the air conditioning did not work. In the other room there were plugs that didn't have covers on them. There was something all over the walls in the bathroom. We stayed there for 1 night, and do not recommend anyone to stay there. We reached there at 7 PM. The parking lot is free to all so there were no spot for the hotel guests. After checkin, went to the room. The elevator was so old, dirty and scary. It stunk like hell. When we got to the room, we noticed a scorpion in the sink. We called to the reception. Although they changed the room but we could not feel safe and sound till morning. The hotel guest wifi did not work. I told them and still they couldn't fix it. So we needed to connect to the public wifi which was so slow and disconnected frequently.

I called last night at 11 pm and got a quote for three nights and was surprised to hear that they were very reasonable, under $300 for 3 nights. I chose to wait until today when a new card came in the mail to put this trip on. When I called today at 3 pm the price quoted was almost $900. I spent extra money on another show ticket thinking I was going to save money on the hotel then I called to find out that they weren’t going to offer the rate they quoted me. The reviews are sketchy anyhow. Glad I didn’t have to have a bad experience to leave a review. They turned me off before I even booked.

Nothing l could recommend seems to have same class of lower education staff and customers who frequent . There are security issues that the manager knows about lot ignores from parking to guests rooms

Was playing a game ran into an issue with the machine hit the call button waited for an hour nobody came to help do not go here busted machines and no one to help waitresses rude and no drinks
