Six Mile Chop House And Tavern

I have eaten here twice, and the photos are from my most recent visit. Each time I've eaten here the staff has been extremely nice and the food has been amazing. I'd have to say that the customer service is the best aspect of this restaurant, and the food is an extremely close second. Without a doubt, this burger that I ordered has to have been the juiciest burger I've ever eaten in my life. There has never been a time before this burger, that I bit into a burger and had such a huge explosion of flavors, the fries were great as well. Very arrogant owners look at the feedback. They don't even address any of the issues. They have the opinion that you can take it or leave it which is not right in this type of business but it is what it is. My experience there was not very good. No heat had to eat a $50 meal with my coat on when this was mentioned to the wait staff they were Unapologetic. Could not get them to come to the table after the food was dropped off when I finally did Chase somebody down they said they were in the back getting warm. I don't recommend this place at all. Over priced,I know there is inflation but 12oz prime rib 38.00 it was very fatty sent it back, they made up for it,shrimp Alfredo with 4shrimp,and chicken Katherine, no baked potatoes new years eve 9pm mashed cauliflower was good,mashed sweet potatoes were too mushy,food was cold and house steak sauce was straight outta the freezer,we were not impressed at all,not even mentioning the appetizers

the atmosphere was really wonderful. dimly illuminated overall, but there was a beautiful top lighting at the tables. the cocktails were delightful and the food was even more delicious than I had imagined and the cherry up? phenomenal waiting staff. so friendly and polite and really just a joy to have around.

Food was great, we loved the bread sampler steak and potatoes. Service was great until our server was cut and the replacement server was less attentive.
