Sonic Drive-in - Reservar uma mesa

Got there and went to the drive thru at 9am. Sat there at the speaker for nearly 10 minutes. Nobody said anything or even tried to take my order. I go to the window thinking nobody is even there and the girl was on the phone. I ask what the heck and she says she was on the phone with a manager. I told her I was there for a while and she said she doesn’t care how long I’d been there and she says she told me to wait a minute. No words cake through the speaker, which I told her that, and she said it’s not her problem that I didn’t hear her and her phone call was more important than taking my order that would’ve been one drink. I would’ve happily waited a minute if she had actually said somethin...

Got there 25 minutes before they closed and pulled into a stall to order. Pushed the button and was told they’d be right with me. To get my order. They then waited 15 minutes to tell me they just took the last order for the night. Pretty bad customer service since they let a good dozen cars go through the drive through and order AFTER telling me they’d be right with me to get my order. Last time i visited this location they got my order completely wrong. If you have to have sonic, just make the drive to waller or magnolia.

Worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. Driving through and from out of town, and needed to place 2 orders in drive-they, and was informed, rudely, that they cannot do that, even though it is as easy as closing my order and starting a new one.I have never had a Sonic refuse service like that. Poorly run.

Tried to order on the app while driving through, but the app told me online ordering not available at this location, so I ordered from taco bell across the street.
