Sonic Drive-in - Reservar uma mesa

I'm sorry but my family and I don't visit any Sonic location in Flagstaff, AZ any more. We gave up on these 2 locations due to poor management, not staff. The wait to order is ridiculous, and the wait to get your food is an entirety, and the quality is nothing short of unsatisfactory. This is not the staff's fault, these are problems from above the minimum wage employees. Can't wait to see my generic response!!!

Had problems with the order. Our spokesman didn't see working well. If you try to ask for the forgotten ketchup, the call was not answered for over 10 minutes. The person who brought our food was great, polite and helpful. The food was typical Sonic food.

Wanted to get drinks and found out they were half-priced, which was so cool. They didn't know that. We also have some sprouts and onion rings and it was all delicious. The girl that brought our food to us was so personal.

Great food at a great price. Service is very fast and efficient. Love their hot dogs.
