Sonny's Drive-in - Reservar uma mesa

Our recent visit to Sonny's left us feeling very disappointed. It had been over a year since we last dined there, and we were shocked to find that their burgers were no longer the same. They now serve frozen boxed patties, a far cry from the great handmade burgers they used to offer. Sonny's, a longstanding institution in Waterloo, has clearly started cutting corners. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. It's a shame to see such a beloved restaurant go downhill.

Terrible service! We have been customers since the 70s and it has changed for the worse! We thought this would be great for a birthday treat. The staff argued with me that a hamburger bun IS a Kaiser bun! It is not! The man showed me the bag which literally said “hamburger buns”. The young cashier then said things change. Thank you for the unsolicited life advice. Do not waste your time or money here!

staff were incredibly rude, and didn't wear gloves while preparing the food. not once did any of the employees wash their hands after touching the cash register, and didn't wash their hands in between orders after putting the toppings on my burgers. the food was also very dry and the burgers were frozen. extremely disappointing and i would not recommend

I took the bus from Cambridge to visit this restaurant and was disappointed. I felt rushed and unwelcome by the owner. I even felt belittled. I do not plan on returning.

The patties at this restaurant taste like they came straight from the frozen grocery store, and the gravy is completely lacking in flavor.
