Starbucks - Reservar uma mesa

I really like this place <3 I come here often! Everyone in this Starbucks always works very hard while trying to get a positive attitude. They are always busy and able to keep a positive attitude and really hard to work makes these guys really special. These guys are limited amount of space/equipment. If they have the space and additional equipment, I promise that no one of the people in these reviewers will complain about waiting time / productivity level. The reality is that people quickly judge and not try to understand how things work. If I ever have to wait for something I don't know because they want us to wait for them to really not be able to make it faster. Please treat all workers...

Very friendly staff and efficient system! Currently with the measures for Covid-19, they do mobile app pick up in business only from 11 am to 3 pm, then it is drive-thru pick up and on site orders at 6 pm. I came at 4:00, I'm not too bad with a dozen cars. I was on my bike! They gave me up. Note: very friendly and professional managers on site! He reacted calmly to a customer who was unhappy about the pick-up system. I was impressed! I cheated him and went up on the line.

This Starbucks is usually calm and not too crowded. Most of the students go there because it is close to UMASS. It is also a drive thru Starbucks. They are usually more than the person who works there. It is also close to the shopping center and Hampshire Mall. Also surrounded by fast restaurants and restaurants to eat.
