Starbucks - Reservar uma mesa

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Food was ice cold. I asked if they could re heat it after seeing that both bags were ice cold, I didn’t come remotely close to touching either sandwich. She laughed in my face and said they don’t do that. I asked for the manager. She said she was the manager which makes it even worst. I asked for her first name and she said “I don’t have to give you that”. I then asked if there was a store manager which she laughed again and said “you can call corporate”. Walked away to help the next customer. Never will come here again.

Do not pick this place. They do not know how to make coffee. Once I ordered decaf and they gave me regular I had allergy reaction. And today I waited 30min for my coffee and they gave me the wrong completly wrong taste one I asked them the tastes are not right because I order this same coffee every time., And she telling me ok I make you another with attitude and made another one still not right. I know you guys are busy but if you guys like this you won’t be busy for any long period of time.

I literally come here every morning mainly because it’s close to my house. Usually correct order, except then they put regular espresso in a blonde espresso drink, and really nice people. Store must get better with supply inventory and taking care of customer when team does not order enough. Example OatMilk. Let’s get our faces out of our phones and take care of our team and customers.

Starbucks is always good! The coffee is amazing and the sandwiches are among the best I've ever had.
