Starbucks Coffee - Reservar uma mesa

UNSANITARY AND RUDE. I found a BUG in my drink. When I came back and asked the manager for a new drink in a size up to accommodate for the ALIVE bug being in my drink she said she’d have to charge me for that. I said okay and asked to speak to another manager. The original manager went to the other manager and explained what’s going on instead of letting me speak to her myself. The other manager got very loud and said “Make it the same size” and “I’m not worried about that, I’m not worried at alllllll. There’s so many other drinks out there I ain’t worried” excuse me ? Not to mention they didn’t have my order ready for 30 minutes after I ordered. This place is unsanitary and disgusting. Mana...

So as far as drinks go at this Starbucks they are pretty good! Maybe once I've had to have my order fixed. Customer service is not bad at all. All the employees are always working very hard and I give them an immense amount of credit because I know I couldn't handle it. But I am only giving three stars because they are just so slow. To no fault of the employees. This Starbucks is on a very busy road and seems everyone goes to this one so they are always backed up. I suggest mobile order and even doing that you'll be waiting a long time.

Mobile order a drink, thought nothing of it when requested no ice to try out this new drink without being water down. Normally I do less ice. But was absolutely floored when I saw this, wasn 't even sure it was mine had to read the label. Brought it up to a employee and was told it was policy because of no ice first time for everything I guess. I thought maybe fill it close to the top. Basically paid 3.19 for the biggest size and got half...I guess inflation is hitting starbucks also...

Don 't waste your time and money at this Starbucks location. The staff are rude and unfriendly and will rip you off if you ask for a drink with less ice or no ice. And when I say rip off I mean they will fill your cup half way. Not even 3/4 the way up.I 've been to other locations such as Westport downtown and Bridgeport steel point and they don 't treat you like this.

This place is amazing because they could make the drinks that you that can make and it’s not menu and the staff are very friendly
