I wish I could give that store and the young lady that made a drink a negative zero first thing went through the drive through order a medium drink when I received it I was really small so I asked to change the size I reached over to give the young girl at the register which was very sweet my card got The difference she told me not to worry about it they will just make a new drink no charge. This is my first time at this Starbucks, this one has a drive through so I got in line instead of parking the car and getting all the kids out. Getting to order took a while due to the long line at the drive through but I guess that's what happens when you go to a popular Starbucks. Once we got to the speaker my wife did the ordering and the kids wanted hot chocolate kids sized. Hot chocolate in 90 degree weather??? I guess to each his own. Once we got to the window for pickup they gave me a larger sized hot chocolate but they just charged me for the kids size and my wife's drink. I have never had such a watered down nasty starbucks until yesterday from this place. I don't know what is going on with this location but they are unfriendly, gets order messed up and makes drinks with water to the point I felt like I got scammed. Please don't mess with peoples drinks like that.
