Steak 'n Shake - Reservar uma mesa

Ok! Have lived in Smyrna 16 years was excited for steak ‘n Shake to come here and tonight this is the milkshake that they thought I wanted and expected. Can’t understand what makes this experience so different than anything I’ve experienced in 20 years! I would assume that I won’t be coming back what say you? Updated at the bottom: (Steak ‘N Shake in general is a great restaurant however this location has always been disappointing! The inside is always gross even when they first opened. The quality of food from this location is always questionable. Tonight they were closed before 9pm when google clearly states 10pm as their closing time! I really hope someone important reads this so they can fire whoever manages this location! Tonight lady was super nice and friendly at the window! WOWW!!!! This place has changed so much and I love every bit of it!! I go to many restaurants but this Steak ‘n Shake was very fun and respectful! I got this feeling like I was important and not just another stranger(which restaurants should be expected of). The food is BOMB, like y’all need to try it out now. The shakes are very nice and tasted exquisite! I also love how they cleaned the floors now and it was a much more clean environment than last year. To the short lady with long black hair thank you very much for being respectful and energetic with me!! You made my day

Great service, just not the Steak and Shake that I used to love. The food was still good, but where's the pepper sauce that used to be on the tables? That was the best.

Best steak shake burger i ever had. Fries were hot and crispy, burger was fresh. Cup of chili was delicious. Service was fast and efficient. I will definitely be back.
