Subway - Reservar uma mesa

I ordered my food through the app and got a message it was delivered at my address except it wasn't dropped off at the correct address. This has happened before. When I have ordered through the app it will change my address for some reason. Because I ordered it through the app I called the store to speak with someone. The employee Ashley I was speaking to was very unprofessional, rude and lacked any customer service respect. Before I could even explain or ask questions she kept saying once it leaves the store it is not there fault and there is nothing she can do. When I told her if I ordered it through the app and I asked who I needed to speak with, she literally said it wasn't her problem....

Terrible customer service. We walked in with no one in front of us and after waiting for 10 minutes with no one helping us we asked if we could get an order placed. We were told that an online order took priority and they would get to us when they were done. We left without ordering. Obviously customer service and speed of service was not a priority. The sandwiches we got from Safeway next door were better value anyway.

They may have made a goof by going to Jared before, but They've since redeemed Themselves by teaming up with Great athletes and team members! Great sandwich shop! Employees of this store are dumbest people in whole world , I left my debit card there I call and they told me was there and when I was back to pick my card 2 young lady’s told me they trow in the garbage
