Subway - Reservar uma mesa

Went here to grab some lunch to take with us to the zoo. When I walked in, the guy was on his phone. Stayed on his phone for a second then took my order. He put WAY too much mayo on all of the sandwiches. I?m talking at least 6 packets worth of mayo. Ew. I?m glad no one wanted the pepper jack cheese because it looked dry and disgusting. The coke tastes horrible and is flat and gross. Then, no sooner than I have my sandwiches in hand, the dude is back on his phone. No hello, no have a nice day. Customer service is seriously lacking at this location. Would not return.

Sandwich was cool, but I was served by the manager who, as the manager, should have given great service. Instead, he was hard to understand, couldn?t actually understand what I was asking for I?m from Britain, and my English is cuttingly clear and as a result did not give me the sandwich I wanted, even as I was telling him it was not the sandwich. I know it?s just a subway, but still man, you?re the MANAGER. Imagine the poor staff who have to be managed by this guy

Most of the men who work there, don't even know the ingredients when I ask for a specific sub or wrap from the menu. Last time I ask for a wrap that COMES WITH GUAC INCLUDED! and then he was charging me extra for the guac, he insisted it is always extra. Smh

I ordered a sandwich on flatbread and the bread was moldy. I pointed this out and they just put the flatbread back where they pulled it out from. The fact that it went anywhere but straight into the trash will have me permanently avoiding this place.

On what planet is cold cut turkey not considered a coldcut? I asked for the 6dollar footlong cold cut combo. But apparently turkey isnt allowed? Instead my only options is crappy pepperoni, bologna, ham or salami. Subway is such a stupid company
