I explained my dietary restrictions and requested a Sunrise Melt with extra turkey instead of cheese and bacon. The cashier agreed to the substitution. However, when she rang it up at the register, she charged me $14 instead of the usual $10 for a sandwich. When I questioned the price discrepancy, she became defensive and insisted that adding extra meat and an egg was necessary when making the substitution. I decided I did not want the sandwich at that price and told her so. Despite her offer of a discount, I had already lost my appetite and left the restaurant feeling disappointed. I need to make a correction because I mistakenly posted a review for the wrong place and I am not sure how to change it. This review is for the business located on Veterans Drive in the Holiday Station. I understand that times are tough with the current labor and food shortages, and the challenges facing businesses today. However, it was disappointing to arrive for dinner before work and see a sign on the door stating they closed at 6pm on 4/30. I had 15 minutes left to order, but they had already closed even earlier. I wish I could remember her name, but there was a mature woman at the restaurant. She was wonderful and kind, always making sure I had enough to eat. I hope she sees this review - she is a queen.

The staff is incredibly friendly! The food is always a favorite of mine, especially when prepared by such great people!
