TLDR: They canceled my mobile order because I ordered with a coupon. I didn’t find this out till I got there to pick it up. They said they don’t honor coupons because they can’t pay their rent.Now that I’m posting a review, I’m wishing I would have read the others before going! I placed an order online using the mobile app. It allowed me to select a “50% off a foot long sandwich” coupon, as well as a free cookie deal that I had in my rewards. When I selected the promo, the app gave me a choice to pick a participating store, which leads me to believe that you can not accidentally select a store that doesn’t participate in the promo.
