Suggarplums - Reservar uma mesa

Suggarplums food is SERIOUSLY some of the best you can have. Everything is cooked beautifully and has so much flavor ..unfortunately the service is abysmal. For starters, ordering online is impossible. Their website always says they’re unavailable when they’re open. This goes for Ubereats as well. When you call there is a 50/50 chance they won’t pick up. If you come to the restaurant, half the time no one is behind the counter and you have to wait for someone to acknowledge you. The staff for the most part are friendly and do give a nice vibe but I dread the entire ordering process. I say this as constructive criticism because their product is so damn good. I walked in to order the food I asked the young lady. How long is it gonna take? She said 20 minutes, and I waited 40 minutes to get my food. I didn't mind. The young lady got up to fix my food. She did not wash her hands she did not put gloves on she did not have on anything covering her hair, I already paid so I got my Food, when I left the store and open the food there is a piece of hair? in the food. I threw the food out. You guys got be careful when you serve in the public. Mind you, the owner was sitting there asking me if someone Took my order.

Okay. Arrived to this location at 637 pm on friday evening(closes at 7)Employees looked to be cleaning and putting away food already. Stood there at counter while two women sat in dining area talking. Came to realize the women managed or owned restaurant. One said to me sorry closed. We have an event to get to and do not wanna be late for it. However if you come back tomorrow you will receive nice discount. This was to be my 1st time here so not thrilled

I read many bad and good reviews of SuggarPlums, but I needed to try for myself. It didn't disappoint the fried chicken and Mac and cheese hit the spot. The atmosphere and staff were very nice.Food: 5/5
