Worst experience today at this Swiss Chalet location.A. Ordered appetizer the appetizer was served to us without serving plates, the worst part is that the lady who served the appetizer felt like the appetizer plate was a frisbee!B. Chicken was so dry for our orders. Dark meat with chalet fries for me and dark meat with rice for my wife. The same lady server served the 2 orders, and ee asked, where the gravy was, and she said you need 1 or 2? , isnt it automatic to serve the gravy?C. Drink refill, had to wait for 8mins from our server and was reminded twice!D. Lastly, we requested for a Lemon Merengue pie to go, as the service and experence was so forgettable we had to go. One of the best Swiss chalets in the greater Edmonton area. Had to wait 15 minutes for a table during a busy supper rush. The chicken comes flying out of the kitchen shortly after ordering. Service was great and accurate. Food was hot, fresh and tasty. Four diners and everyone enjoyed their meals. Reasonably priced and as good as rotisserie chicken can be. Always a nice family meal.Kid-friendliness: Great spot for kids. Kids eat free on wednesday. Each free kids meal requires the purchase of a full meal from the main menu.

They're quality has gone down so much doubt will return, soggy fries, bone in my gross flavorless chicken wrap. Nobody finished their fries they were so awfully wet. Paying near 20$ for something have to force down, not happening again. At least didn't get sick from it.

This is how things should be. Nothing is perfect. BUT this is how the place should be. The TV's had a seriously BLUE tint. The servers were great. The way that meat fell off those ribs, wonderful job. The atmosphere is ideal for dining.
