Taco Bell - Reservar uma mesa

We went on a semi busy time so I expected a little bit of a delay on getting my food. By my surprise our food came out quick. I asked the girl who handed me my food if everything was there since it was fast and she said yes. We found that we were missing a part of our order and naturally I called the store to let them know. Cabe, the manager, answers and takes down my name and said I can get my missing order PLUS $5 worth of food on them next time I go in. He kept apologizing and making me understand he knew that I shouldn’t be going thru this inconvenience. worst experience in any taco bell ever! No one in the register had to use kiosk to order. wait (together with 6 other groups of people) 35 minutes to get my order, and they don't even have the effort to give me my drink ass. the only person at the place with eating was a hired person who took her break. a hired man could be heard in the back about everything she had to do before she could go for the night. as others complain, they were discontinued and treated without respect and not even offered an apology for the delay. this is not the first problem I had with this taco bell, but it will certainly be the last since I do not return.

Do not order from this location ever, I have ordered from here quite a few times, I have ordered the Beefy melt burrito maybe 3-4 times, literally every single time I got the wrong item, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Except this time, where i got it correct but guess what, it was cold, cold enough to where I could feel it was still cold through the wrapper. I have had nothing but a terrible experience with this location, do not go here.

Food was prepared incorrectly. Got nacho cheese with no chips. Called the store multiple times and didn't get and answer. Had to wait for over 5 minutes to get a receipt on an online order. All in all awful experience. Couldn't give feedback at the store as no one would take the time to talk to an upset paying customer. Do nit go foe the weekend night shift.

Went to get 3 soft taco supreme which my husband said very clearly not once but twice. They end up giving me 3 crunchy tacos which I can't eat because I wear dentures and have a soft food diet. Not returning to this location.
