Taco Bell - Reservar uma mesa

Ordered through the drive thru. There were no other cars in line and no customers inside. I asked for Diablo sauce and was given none in the bag, as well as no napkins. I had to go inside and ask. Upon returning home, every single taco shell and broken sobadly that I threw away $20 worth of tacos. Not my first terrible experience at this Taco Bell, but definitely my last. Will notbe back! I will take my business to a Taco Bell franchise that takes pride in their customer service instead .

This is one of the better Taco bells. Some are pretty bad but the service here was good and the food was good. I do believe the only way to get good service at this or any Taco Bell is to go inside because the drive-thru experience is usually pretty bad soI can't speak to that. Inside this location is fairly clean and they were pretty fast and preparing my food.

Place is awful. Not one worked there takes pride in what they are doing. My favorite thing about this place is they have 4 ppl watch the one person working. I now drive by this location and go to the one on bald hill road. So I?d skip this location or beprepared for a long wait and sloppy and wrong orders.

The kid at the drive thru seemed to be speaking his own language and was completely indecipherable at the window. Then he handed me my food wordlessly and closed the window. Zero personality or customer service. I get working till 2am sucks, but you signedup for the job, bro.

I go threw the drive thru and never check my bag. I give the staff 5 stars always friendly and respectful. I always feel so bad cause every time in the drive thru there is someone giving them a hard time. They are alway in good spirits when I get to thewindow!
