Taco Bell - Reservar uma mesa

Staff was fast and friendly. The guy that took my order asked my name (Telly), spoke it back incorrectly (Kelly), I repeated it and said Telly...with a T , he corrected himself, wrote it down, and the young lady that brought the order to the counter yelled out in the sweetest voice...KELLY... I just giggled because he still wrote it wrong. I didn 't understand why they went through all that considering it was just me and my husband inside the lobby... I completely understand when its a lunch/dinner rush, and multiple ppl are awaiting food...But only 2 ppl that 's obviously together..unnecessary and still confusing I guess lol. No biggie and made me giggle, so thought I 'd share. The food was...

Many of the reviews are people who complain only about young teenagers who work here and don't know how to make a proper order. Many things only had to do with a lack of work experience. For many teenagers this would be a first job for them, unlike many of the experienced adult workers who like to come here and write these a star reviews, like a child not right for forgetting an article. If you come from an understanding point of view and see my review, you will know that the quality of this place is excellent and overall some of the best in the Waterloo area and I would recommend 10/10 food and continue eating in this place.

Noticeed improvement of my last visit. Waiting was expected for the line. Regardless of the waiting period, the friendly personalities with whom I interacted, and the quality of my food was wonderful.

Went thru drive thru, the went thru pretty fast... order some chicken and tacos...always great our order was right and the person who worked the drive thru was very friendly
