Taco Time Nw - Reservar uma mesa

I keep trying every so often in the hopes that one day my food will be above lukewarm and yet, it hasn't happened so far as I am a glutton for punishment but mostly I just really miss the good ol' Taco Time from years before. It is sad as they are almost as expensive as a sit down Mexican restaurant and yet without the complimentary chips and salsa, free water refills, and the fun festive atmosphere. This place continually serves food that has been sitting under the heat lamp far too long along with stale tortillas that are hard in some places when it really is just a flour tortilla. Your website states OPEN TIL 9PM Why on a Wednesday at 8:27 is the place black as night not a car in site and DEFINITELY NOT OPEN UNTIL 9PM I understand pandemic hours but at least follow what your website states or list proper hours it 's been 2yrs since we have been like this. I was visiting this city staying in a hotel and was counting on the details off the website to find some food. Thanks for the lie .

Went to East Wenatchee location today wasn?t happy ordered chicken burrito received beef and that?s all that was in it. Mexi fries were old and cold. Daughter got soft taco and ate part of it and said is there ranch on here I said not supposed to be so she didn?t get to eat it . If I had lived in town I would of took the order back.

Employees were doing their jobs properly but district manager was not. I will be getting ahold of his boss(s) and giving them a review of His disgusting performance. And about the sanitary conditions of the 2 stores he was overseeing that day. Will never eat at a taco time again.

No dressing for our salads, sour cream in my burrito instead of thousand island and my hot sauce chucked in my bag and splattered every where. Worse service ever. One would think $18 an hour could at least get half your order correct.
