Taqueria Guanajuato (wimauma)

I am a fan of food trucks, and I am fortunate to have moved to a town that has many of them. When I came across this particular food truck, I was thrilled. The service was excellent, with the friendly ladies behind the counter. I ordered two Gorditas, one chicken and one beef, and they were served to me quickly. I have never had an authentic Mexican Gordita before, and I was impressed with the presentation, especially the Mexican cheese and corn tortilla. However, I thought the meats could have used a bit more seasoning, as they seemed lacking in spice and could have used more salt. We didn't do what we were because it doesn't look so much, but the food was very good. My wife has the chicken godita and I have the beef tacos. They made the tortillas to order and the taste was amazing. We'll be back.

Never had a bad meal always fresh and delicious..the steak tortas are very good. You gotta try their drinks made fresh the coconut or the pineapple are awesome.
