THIS IS GREAT! I didn 't have expectations when I went to Ted 's. Then the great experience began. CUSTOMER SERVICE Wow, really good! I was impressed! Our waiter, John was very professional. At the beginning it felt a bit off because he was all business and didn 't seem he was interested in going beyond his specific duties. Full disclosure, when we arrived the place was packed! But as things settled down a bit he seemed to be more relaxed and actually smiled. That being said, I wouldn 't change his service. He is extremely professional/knowledgeable and very, very honest. First time here and the food was pretty great! Also this place has the BEST hashbrowns I've ever had. Literally S tier. Eggs were cooked well and so was the bacon! I will say the biscuits n gravy were okay, but not really my fave, unfortunately. Shared some french toast with my boyfriend and it was nice too~ Also got an iced Chai latte that was awesome. Atmosphere was nice and cozy. Our server was attentive and personable! There was plenty more on the menu I wanted to try, so I'm keen on coming back eventually

This place is great and the server, Pete, was fantastic. He made our experience so enjoyable and my daughters kept commenting how nice he was. He brought my girls additional menus to color on and was very accommodating. The food was great and we took some tarts to go, which were amazing. You can see them making them too which was fun. We will definitely be back.

Atmosphere was great, outdoor option is really nice. Food was good too big portions for sure. Taste was not that great tho it was average. It could have been better.Eric (my server) was super helpful to me. If you have a chance try to get a table that he is looking.

Great experience with my girlfriend for my birthday! Pete was an amazing server! If you can, ask for him. The manager came over to check in on us. Definitely recommend!!!
