Tesco Cafe - Reservar uma mesa

Everything 's gone to hell in a handcart since COVID provided the World 's Best Excuse for poor service, and the Lincoln Extra Tesco Cafe is just the latest example I 've found. I used to use the cafe regularly on a Saturday morning pre COVID as my reward for doing the weekly shop, and decided to resurrect the practice this morning. Service was slow. Really slow. Bloke with 2 kids trying to order breakfasts and milkshakes and cappucino and wraps..... the list seemed endless, and each preceded by the bloke asking these very young kids what would you like? OK, most of us have been there but the sensible move on the part of the counter assistant would have been to go get someone to take orders...

The full breakfast ordered they initially didn't include the eggs. When complained they took it away and returned it 10 mins later with an egg and the rest of the breakfast was cold. The avocado with poached egg they originally served on the wrong bread so was returned. The replacement they bought out had peppers in it despite being ordered without due to allergy. We gave in and left leaving most of our food. Waisted time, money and left hungry

it is a great space to meet and socialize. 5 stars had been given, but this morning the server behind the theke did not recognize me when I went to theke to talk further with her colleague, complained that she was tired and not smiled during my transaction. very underestimated.

Do not have breakfast here,its disgusting and the waiting time is ridiculous,stay clear honestly burnt black pudding like charcoal and fried bread like bricks

great breakfast. very nice staff. the hotel is located at the top of the tesco and with views of the shop. Very good.
