I gotta be honest. I have been to multiple Brazilian Style steak houses and this one is one of the best. Our server was this very helpful girl from PR who engaged conversation with us in a very friendly manner. She explained a lot of the different foods and gave us tips of how to make them more enjoyable. The cocktails were good but nothing crazy. Now the meat there is great i really think they should take a second look at there chicken even though the tase was great i felt like it was a bit dry. Everything else was great great service, the manager asked us a few times if we needed anything else and it was just a good dinning experience. I will definitely be back.

Food was delicious. Staff attentive (even though some of the meats never made to our little corner of the restaurant we didn't starve). If you are lucky enough to have Oday as your server, you will certainly have an enjoyable evening. He was attentive without being excessive, friendly and helpful with drink options, food options, getting them do bring, dare I say it, meat that was a little more well done for me. Our favorites are the house specialty and the braised beef. But, I will always leave room for a 2nd bowl of lobster bisque. This is our go to place for our anniversary dinner.

My family had a wonderful experience. We didn't have reservations but that was not a problem we were seated in a timely fashion. Our waiter, Oduy, was great explaining the concept of the Company and food choices that were offered. The drinks came while we were at the salad bar, and my water glass was never empty. The variety of meat was extraordinary. The only negative we had no room for dessert.

Amazing place! First time to the Crossgates location. Salad bar was top notch, cold, fresh and clean. The selection and temperature of meat was spot on. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and polite (just a little soft spoken)! Coffee was hot and fresh. We decided against dessert this time but they looked delicious. We have told several friends already and will definitely be back.

Awesome place, my kids brought me for my birthday. The food was delicious, the atmosphere and staff was professional. Next time I'm in Saratago I will make it a point to dine here. Also let me add we showed up with a party of 7 with no reservations and was seated in a timely manner
